Was super happy with the experience at Taima flats. The communication was great already prior to arriving sharing a video and clear check in details. It also clearly stated that the accommodation was a basement. This all made it very easy on arrival. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well equipped with a good kitchen, also well equipped bathroom (good products, hairdryer provided. As I also worked remotely for four days, the WiFi was also strong (multiple WiFi provided) I also really liked the location. Super close to the Mercado tram stop, also a nice 20 min walk to the Postiguet Beach. Was also very grateful to be able to leave my bags in the apartment both earlier on arrival and then later on checkout. Communication was also smooth with the owners. Would recommend a stay here 100%. Thank you again for the hospitality:-)

To be honest the stay was fantastic so suggesting only tiny potential improvements for the future: -a shower curtain - maybe also include an iron / beach chair or parasol (these are absolutely bonus items)

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the couch was also a bit uncomfortable to sit on.

Bed comfortable, everything was clean, shower was excellent , shampoo and body gel, bottle of water 1.5 lt and 2 cans of beer in fridge on arrival,

Facilities and good approach to services

The location was exceptional, right next to the market, and just a short walk from the beach. It was also very convenient for both the old and new town and all the entertainment that included. The flat itself was fine for two people, would have been a tight squeeze for any more.

The bedding was poor, and we had to ask for it to be replaced. The internet wasn't working properly when we first arrived, but it was fixed after we raised it.

Lovely, well kept property. Very clean and well located. The staff were lovely I would stay again

The beds could possibly do with being replaced as they were very squeaky
