Fuji Kurasu 響

The accommodation was perfect for our group. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 2 WC. Living room was spacious and we could see Mt. Fuji from there.

The stair was steep and can be dangerous for small children. Property was located in a narrow alley which was pretty difficult to find.

Very clean and cosy! Had the needed amentities and toys to engage kids. Very accessible to the train station and walking distance to convenient stores and some restaurants. Fantastic view of Mt Fuji!

Stairs were steep and flooring is slippery. Not very safe for active children and elderly. Walkway and rooms are very narrow as shown in floorplans.

love how clean it was. very convenient from Kawaguchiko station too. had restaurants and lawsons and 7-11 nearby too. had a good view of Mt Fuji too.

maybe there shd be a pathway that leads to the house because it was difficult to pull the luggage over the gravel..

We found a great Japanese restaurant nearby There is also a lovely park nearby (Yagizaki Park) with great views of Fuji

I have visited Japan over 12 times during the past 20 years. This was the most unpleasant stay that I have ever experienced in Japan. We paid for our accommodation in advance. We arrived after dark and were not able to enter the accommodation, as a required pin number had not been provided to us, even though we had paid in full. Fortunately one of us spoke Japanese and, after several difficult phone conversations, was able to convince the owner to do the right thing and give us access. He seemed to think it was OK to leave us waiting in the cold and dark for a considerable period of time! Once inside, we discovered that we were required to follow many rules - e.g. 'open the windows every 30 minutes to ventilate', 'do not wheel your luggage on the luggage room floor', etc. etc. I would not recommend this accommodation due to the inhospitable nature of the host. He acted in a most un-Japanese manner.

What a wonderful stay. We wished we'd have been able to stay longer. The communication prior to check in was fast and easy to understand. The location is a quick and easy 8 minute walk from the station. It's a quiet neighbourhood, with a couple of convenience stores and restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We managed to find the property quite easily. The blue exterior makes it easy to spot. It has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home.

Nice, quiet duplex house with 3 bed rooms and a living room and kitchen. Great view of Mt Fuji.
