Close to the bus station Shower was convenient Washing machine Upper floor was spacy and comfortable

The blinds on the windows were broken and we could not sleep late The garbage cans were very small and we had to take it with us There was a bad smell in the ground floor The toilet in the ground floor was dripping

Incredible location and home. I had such a great time. Plenty of space and a great kitchen. The bath was really nice as well and INCREDIBLE view of Fuji. Highly recommended for a family or group of friends to stay here. Felt very safe and was quiet.

The stairs are pretty narrow, not an issue for me but just a heads up for anyone with accessibility concerns. The kitchen and bath are upstairs and the rooms are downstairs.

"we would definitely stay again!"

the property was a great location. very clean and easy to find. close to kawaguchiko station, close to a very popular tempura restaurant, close to 7/11. beds comfortable. snort 10 min walk to the lake, we even found an onsen open late to walk to at night. staff was super responsive and even let us check in early.

family room air conditioning wasn’t working but it was cool out so opening the windows fixed the problem.

"House was great but too cold in winter"

House was very big with plenty of tools for daily necessities, everything was clean and available to be used. Location was near 711 and Lawson and near Kawaguchiko station for easy access to other areas. Lake kawaguchiko was just a road down walk of 10mins. Good for big families and those who need a place to cook and chill together. Tip for the key box is to detach the front side of the box to get the key and not to pull up the lock like how a normal lock works.

House was too cold for both of us,flooring was too cold that we couldn't sleep on level 1,we had to move up the futon beds to second floor as there was some heating upstairs. Water heater wasn't working and we couldn't figure out how to get the hot water going,some instructions on how to get hot water would be nice.
