Location and facilities

Followed instructions to turn up heating, but no luck! Also no tea towel.in the kitchen.

Great location, excellent communication from the owner , very comfortable

The only minor complaint is that it could have been slightly cheaper .

We had a fantastic stay in Hexham and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The accommodation was absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Hexham and the surrounding countryside while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. It was an ideal base for exploring the area. What really made our stay special was the owner, who was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Hexham. We would happily return in the future!
