Sun & Sea Lodge Ocean roof

Great view and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The whole place is a quite and peaceful retreat with beautiful and comfortable living areas.

The place was advertised as having a kitchenette but unfortunately guests are no longer allowed to use these facilities. We found it difficult to find (only using downloaded maps) and would have appreciated a sign out the front.

Amazing place. Very clean, food is great, friendly atmosphere and very calm area. I recommend !

I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The building and rooms are super nicely decorated and the roof top terrace has a stunning view. The hosts are super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I also ate the best Couscous here on one of the evenings I was there. :)

I knew that it would be a bit out of the way, but I underestimated the distance to Sidi Kaouki. It’s aproximately 5 km and via the beach a 45 minutes walk away. So it’s not something you would do every day. So while this place is brilliant for couples/families and travelers who look for peace and quiet (or have a car), it may not be ideal for solo travelers (like me) without a car who also want to spend time in Sidi Kaouki.

I love the place and would call it „Sun Sea & Yoga Lodge“ It is beautiful waking up every morning with the sound of birds and the first sunlight shining into my window 🥰 the sea view, the animals walking around! If you want to be surrounded by nature, quiet surrounding then it is the place to be! The lady running and sharing the house is wonderful! Beautiful lovely house decoration and perfect hot shower with good water pressure :) ! Also Yoga mats are available and the beautiful sea view terrace invite for a Yoga / stretching in the morning 🧘‍♀️ some sound therapy instruments are also placed at the terrace ✨ Lovely amazing breakfast! Fresh cooked by a Moroccon lady! Great Coffee!! Beautiful fire place too! We had a great night with a bonfire and some friends of the houseowner made some traditional music. This stay recharged my soul 🫶🏼 Kerstin (owner) runs the house with her love to Details! I will go back soon.

Sun and Sea Lodge is more than just a hostel, it's home. Just one week old, so it's all new and cosy, providing the perfect environment to relax, yet the perfect energy to do yoga, and meditate. It's far enough from the touristy villages but still close to everything you need. If you need some peace, this is where you need to be. A warm hug to Kerstin and Isham, who have shared so many things with me, from nice talks to food. See you very soon!
