Location is excellent

Had to clean property on arrival. There was dirty socks, dog hair and a smell on bed.

Close to all amenities. Clean and comfortable.

Shower wasn't very hot.

Caravan could do with new bed mattresses Cutlery not very good Bed settee needs replacing, not comfortable at all, needs blinds replacing they don't open

Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations at all. My husband and myself travelled with a baby and toddler and upon arrival we couldn’t get through the barrier into the actual park - no parking near caravan having to haul suitcases and baby stuff through the park. Upon arrival to the caravan we were met with an intense smell of air fresheners and perfumed diffusers. So bad that I couldn’t even bring my baby in we found over 8 airwick perfumed sprays which were extremely overpowering and toxic in such a small space. The caravan was run down and in need of a lot of updates with regards to furniture and cleanliness. The sofa was broken and all the cutlery/cups/plates were not clean and badly stained. There was no bedding on any of the beds and a lot of the sheets and mattresses and blankets were stained. We had to sleep with what blankets we had brought ourselves. Cannot understand these hosts still allowing people to book and stay in such a dirty caravan. The ring doorbell camera is also a huge privacy issue especially for people with children. The actual caravan park itself was all closed midweek with no swimming pool open or eating amenities.Would renter not recommend to others or return
