I liked the location, close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely, very cosy with a fireplace, TV, comfy beds. The place looked nice.

It wasn't explained clearly where the house was or exactly from where to collect the key, we found it hard to find it when it was dark. It could have been cleaned better as well as we found other people's things around the place and crumbs all over inside the sofa bed. Some of the things were not there too, so we had to go shopping late evening even though those necessities were meant to be provided. Otherwise, it was a good stay and we did enjoy it.

Couldn’t get into the entrance with it having barriers on arriving had to go to reception and on leaving reception was closed so we couldn’t ask them to open the barriers so we had to reverse and again access the key safe for us to get out and then one of us had to walk to place it back in the key safe. Apart from this which a minor problem. Maybe be explained a little more. I’d defo go back it’s lovely we didn’t use all beds so we stripped the ones we used. Good communication from owner. So defo book couldn’t fault a thing and I clean properties myself. Lovely place thank you

Caravan living space was fantastic as there was 8 of us! Spotlessly clean and a great base for us to explore North Wales

Really cosy and modern

Lack of bedding, light not working, leaky boiler that kept losing pressure, cheap fixtures, tatty decor, felt like caravan had been entered while we were out and outside space very scruffy and uneven, twisted my foot on it and one of kids fell because of it. Host took a while to reply so I just couldn't be bothered asking them anything else, felt like they wasn't interested. They were supposed to send furnished pictures prior to our stay but they didn't arrive, most of the time I got their voicemail.

Nice big family sized caravan. Pet friendly.

Could do with some garden chairs for guests to use
