The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is generally well equipped, although a full size iron and ironing board would have been useful as the small ones provided were a bit difficult to use. The location is good, on a quiet street about 25 minutes walk from the lakeside. The car parking is very secure and easy to access. The host Cinzia was very helpful, provided videos showing how to access the apartment and the car parking, and was happy for us to leave the car in the garage for an extra hour after checking out on our last day. Would stay here again if visiting Como.

There was some noise from maintenance work being carried out on the building, from around 7am. A minor and temporary problem though.

Super schöne Wohnung, hat alles was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt, Vermieterin hat sogar ein Video gesendet. Also, alles perfekt! Auch mit den ÖV ist das Appartement gut erreichbar, Haltestelle Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wenn man zu Fuss gehen will, ist das Zentrum ein gutes Stück entfernt.

We stayed for 10 nights in August and used this location to do daytrips by car to Varenna, Bellagio, Lierna, Bergamot, Milan, Menaggio, Nesso. A lot of space for 2 adults with 2 children, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice livingroom, elevator, private parking box at extra charge of 20€ per day but would definitely recommend to take it since parking all around Como is a nightmare and your car is safe. Very close to city centre, supermarkets, restaurants within few minutes of walking. Airconditioning in all rooms was very welcomed since we had +35 degrees Celsius our whole stay. Washing machine and dishwasher was also a plus. The host is very responsive and communicates clearly on how to check yourself in. Overall very happy with everything and would definitely recommend.
