The drive leading up to the parking space was too small for our vehicle (we were warned about this potential issue in advance), however the property manager did give us info for alternative parking which worked just fine and was free.
GBBeautifully presented with a contemporary layout and many bespoke features, it has stunning landscaped gardens and mesmerising views over the River Ness. Well located, clean apartment , a short walk into town ,would happily recommend!
AUThe apartment was exceptional, the layout and general comfort was great. It is well appointed for self catering, the kitchen is really good. Once we worked out the heating it was also warm inside. Bed was comfortable. It was a really spacious apartment
The location was a long walk out of Inverness, we believed it was a 20 min or so walk , but double that. The driveway is challenging, we had a Mazda C5 and with te mirrors folded in we had only a few inches to spare sneaking through. We were told not to park in the front car park ( avoiding the narrow drive way ) as it wasn't part of the property, but everyone from the B&B the car park belonged to parked where we were told to park ? . The gardens the cottage looks out to towards the river, like wise belongs to the Main building B&B and was a bit of a mess. Pile of junk to the right, washing lines for the B&B ahead and long grass and weeds. Certainly not reflective of the cottage which was pristine. Be aware the main building of which the cottage is part of is for sale.

Access to the parking which is at the back of the property, is tight but doable and the hosts were upfront about this before I booked.

Television which rarely worked for us and couches could be replaced. People walking above could be easily heard and was disturbing. Previously reviews included some of the same issues, but haven't been addressed. Additionally, the check-in and check-out times were quite strict, and offering more flexibility would be appreciated by travelers.
GBNice little apartment just a short scenic walk from the city centre. Well equipped and always nice to arrive to a tunnocks teacake! Lovely hot shower with good water pressure which seems like a small thing but makes a huge difference.
The driveway is a little tight!

No shelving or chest of drawers in bedroom to place clothes only a small wardrobe. Footsteps from the B/B upstairs began at 7 a.m. every morning. Lane leading to the apartment was along a very narrow lane (which was only indicated the day before arrival). It was suggested the car wing mirrors be turned in - mine doesn't do this easily! If this was mentioned in the information prior to booking, I would have not continued with the reservation. Washing from the B/B obscured the somewhat small river view most of the day. Apartment was slightly chilly for end September. Unfortunately, there was not the "treats" on arrival mentioned in some of the previous reviews.
