One of the most wonderful apartments I have visited. Very clean, has everything, and is very close to everything in Como.

Es necesario disponer de internet para poder abrir el portal. ademas tienes que rellenar aplicaciones externas. he tenido que reclamar la factura al anfitrión en varias ocasiones.

Clean, great location, great communication. The two adjoining rooms with pull out couches were nice for our family of 5.

I was a little flustered with the tech aspect of getting into the apartment because my phone was dying and it’s needed to get inside the main door. My fault on that. I needed help figuring out the AC controls as well but once running, it was great. Familiarize yourself with house rules as others have stated in their reviews. Essentially, just take off your shoes and be quiet! Hahaa. Would definitely stay again.

La qualité de l'appartement à tous points de vue et l'emplacement.

Un peu compliqué d'y accéder. Il faut s'enregistrer via une plate-forme qui donne accès à la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, mais le code de la boîte à clefs pour rentrer dans l'appartement est dans un autre message, non sur la plate-forme mais dans "le chat" avec l'établissement. Pas totalement intuitif. On a fini par y arriver en appelant l'établissement qui gère le logement.

Très confortable et situation très centrale, proximité avec le lac et gare, c’était parfait! Gentillesse de notre hôte, arrivée facile et sécurisée.

The location was exceptional, in that it was in the heart of downtown Lake Como, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, entertainment, and more. The unit was an excellent set up for us (2 couples, each with a one child-age 3 and 4). It afforded us, (each couple) with our own privacy (separate bedrooms and bathrooms) and at the same time, had a wonderful living room with a nicely equipped kitchen, for a "shared space" to get together. The air conditioning was wonderful, and we definitely used and enjoyed the comfort it provided. The elevator opened right in front of the unit, which made it nice and convient for getting luggage in and out. A grocery store was litterally across the street, and we could pick up drinks, snacks, and whatever additional items we needed. Communication from the owner as to what was required, how to do it, and when, was nice and instructions for checking in and out were easy!

Everything was very good, the apartment is nice and very clean.., the location is beautiful too in the city center and it is very quiet. The host is so nice and helpful. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Como lake.
