102 Santana Holiday Resort

Location was perfect. The resort is nice and clean. Loved the warm swimming pool and food from the cafe was fresh & delicious.

The beds are too old especially in the second room with twin beds. Checkout time is very early & that is what i dislike about this property. 10 am is early. No internet, tv was very small.

I didn’t have breakfast but everything was perfect

The toilet in the main bedroom was shifting

The apartment stinks, literally one of the worst smells I've ever experienced. We had the door and windows open all night but the smell persisted. The furniture looks like it came straight from Noah's ark and the towels look like Noah's wife made them while they were on the ark. No dishwasing liquid, no cleaning materials whatsoever. The cutting board is a health hazard and all the plates and cutlery are oily and stink. There was blood on the pillowcases. One of the worst places I've ever stayed at.

Very poor facilities within unit.Basic amenities for a typical self-catering unit were not available and we were not advised during the booking process or prior to check in.Host expected us to use communal amenities without the requisite authority.
