hospitality wise it was so nice, mohamed was great, house was in a nice location and felt very comfortable, the air conditioning was so good

the kitchen equipment wasnt the best honestly, knives were a bit rusty

Amazing location just right in front of the Abu Tig Marina. For those who would love to enjoy Gouna ambiance and vibes without going out - this is more than perfect! The staff are amazing, have been with me from the first day I booked the place and always made sure that I feel comfortable! Heartiest wishes to Sarah Ehab who was managing our stay and special thanks to Magdy with his lovely smile, support and punctuality upon greeting us and when we were leaving.

Amazing property uniquely located with a stunning marina view and a step away from every need. Staff were extremely decent and eager to support with any need. Magdy helped make our stay smooth very smooth and Sara was very professional and accommodating throughout our checkin and checkout.

"We were cheated by the facility and booking.com regarding the heating and breakfast."

Mr. Magdy was very cooperative and helpful

1. The air condition type was only for cooling. No heating was possible because of the air condition type. It was cold at nights. 2. No breakfast was available at the building. A voucher was given with a limit of 415 EGP (less than 9 USD) for each of us to have a limited breakfast at a coffee ship. The amount was not enough for the breakfast. I needed to support the rest from my pocket. 3. Booking.com are to be blamed for the above mentioned two important issues as they cheated me with wrong information about the air condition and breakfast availability.
