Ganz besonders gut war die Begleitung von Magdy, unserem persönlichen Assistenten! Er war immer erreichbar und stand uns jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Freundlich und liebevoll hat er sich um unsere Belange gekümmert! Sein Housekeepingservice - vom Einkauf bis zum Abwasch des Geschirrs sowie der Reinigung unseres Apartments - war einzigartig! Das Frühstück an der Zuni-Beach war ebenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war aufmerksam und unterstützend.

Just Fabulous. This was an exceptional most gratifying experience. The location was perfect, fantastic marina and open sea view day and night. The staff was so helpful and outreaching and always available. The apartment amenities , furniture and appliances and internet ultra modern and made with such luxury and exceptional taste. We loved it and we just dream of repeating the experience. Really amazing and highly recommended for anyone who wishes to enjoy ElGouna to the max.

"Muy buena estancia"

El apartamento era increíble: grande, bonito y limpio. Facilidad para late check-in y check-out. Pendientes de nuestra llegada y de todo lo que necesitáramos. La playa y el lugar de desayuno estaba enfrente del apartamento.

El Gouna me decepcionó como zona, poco ambiente. Puede ser que coincidiera por la época. El acceso a El Gouna me parece complicado (a través de QR). El desayuno incluido pero sólo una parte por persona y día. La cocina no tenía mucho menaje ni algún ingrediente básico. La arena de la playa parecía barro.
