The location of the property was ideal.

The property was heavily infested with ants throughout our stay. We were unable to use the kitchen amenities, as ants were constantly crawling over the appliances, countertops, and food preparation areas. Unfortunately, the infestation had spread throughout the entire caravan, including the bedrooms and bathroom, which made it very difficult to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. Given the amount we paid, we expected the property to be clean and fit for use. We also found the owner’s response disappointing, as we were accused of leaving food out and allowing bins to overflow, which was suggested as the reason the infestation worsened. This was simply not true. We made sure all food and rubbish were removed from the property and disposed of in the on-site bins, especially as it did not feel safe to eat in the caravan due to the ants. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with both the condition of the property and the handling of the complaint, and unfortunately would not recommend staying here

Van was lovely and clean comfy beds

Lovely n comfortable n had help from the owner when needed wasn’t any need to wait amazing time there

Absolutely lovely hosts made sure everything was perfect could tell how much pride they had in the van plenty of different things in there even down to all the takeaway leaflets, beach items, books, dvds all the little touches that really made it feel like home from home we would absolutely stay again and can’t wait to rebook next year for a longer stay! Thank you so much
