très bel appartement

le robinet de la cuisine fuyait il y avait de l'eau parterre. nous pouvions récupérer le logement à 15h et quand nous sommes arrivés à 17h15 la femme de ménage était encore là. le sol n'était pas très propre et le lavabo d'une salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyé.

L’appartement est magnifique. Il est très bien décoré. Il est spacieux et très propre. Il y a deux chambres, deux salles de bain, une buanderie avec une machine à laver séchante, ce qui est très pratique quand on est en famille. Il y a une magnifique piscine devant l’appartement. Le quartier est très calme. Il y a des commerces et des restaurants aux alentours. Et on peut se garer très facilement devant la résidence. Je recommande à 100 %.

Tuve excelente experiencia en este apartamento. Las instalaciones son exactamente como en las fotos: limpias, modernas y muy acogedoras. La ubicación en Aldea Zama es perfecta, cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. El anfitrión fue amable y respondió rápido cada vez que lo necesité. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo para quien busque comodidad y tranquilidad en Tulum.

Le frigo qui était rempli de bouteilles de bières et d’alcool (certaines à moitié entamées) lorsque nous sommes arrivés avec notre famille.

Logement spacieux et confortable avec accès direct à la piscine. Situé dans zone résidentielle et calme. Idéal pour une famille. Gardien à l'entrée très aimable.

Très peu d'équipement dans la cuisine. Odeur (de moisi?) dans les placards de la cuisine.

This was one of my favourite stays in Mexico, because of its peaceful vibe. The beds are very comfortable and the direct pool access is fun. The communication with the owner has been excellent before, during and after our stay. The area Aldea Zama is a bit more quiet than some parts of town and has nice restaurants and cafés. I would definitely come back here.

The property is exactly as advertised and within driving distance of everything. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. The beds were very comfortable. The sofa was great in the living room and there were plenty of channels to watch in the late evening when we were not doing anything. The Washer Dryer in the unit was excellent. The host was very proactive and returned texts very fast. we loved the place and highly recommend it.

Nothing major. As I said everything was great. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality and quantity of kitchen stuff. Especially the knife as it is blunt and you cannot cut anything with it and having a couple of extra pots. Again this is minor as it may not affect everyone. We as a family cannot eat 3 meals out every day. We like to have 1 or 2 meals out and then have some home cooked meals as well. That is why we book apartments instead of Hotels. Dont get me wrong. The place was excellent and I would book it again.
