Great location

Being attacked by Miskitos when we walked in to the house. Having to kill several Miskito before my child felt comfortable even coming in to the house.

It was cute.

The bathtub leaked onto the floor and was substantially wet but not a flood.

The location was excellent ! Quiet area close to great restaurants , shopping and the beach .

The upstairs balcony door doesn’t close, banged open and shut all night. I checked the balcony door at 4:30 am large gap at top of the door when closed doesn’t latch properly .Oven door doesn’t open fully and the floors needed to be swept and mopped. The coffee pot didn’t have the right insert to make coffee and also wasn’t clean . Bathroom didn’t have enough bath towels or washcloths for three people . The dispensers in shower were empty, also the bathtub was dirty and shower liner needs replaced .Would have been nice to have had nightstands next to beds or even a small table to put phones on instead of the dirty floor. These are minor things to fix that would turn this Chalet into a lovely place to stay .

Broken stair railing made it a little unsafe. Maybe a night stand.

The host that helped us was very nice and professional. I do not believe she was the owner but worked for the owner.

The home was freezing when we arrived and there were several heaters in the home but not on. We turned them all on and it was still freezing. The host brought another heater and a few more blankets and we made it through the night. This did cause the breaker to turn off. We had to turn it on several times during the night. The home did stay warm for the rest of our stay. The microwave was not easily accessible, the oven door did not even open due to the proximity to the cabinets. Felt a little like a roadside motel.

Helped find my husband's wedding ring. Was so helpful and kind! Rooms were great sized, beds comfy, kitchen useful- (thanks for the coffee!) Located on/near the beach awesome nature trail, TV access for the game! Close to the casino. The wind and rain and waves put me right to sleep. My pupper was happy and comfy and enjoyed the nature path by our place. Across the street coffee stand for am. Parking is 1 car, parked to the side where there is a couple extra spots, not far from room.

Location is excellent. Unit was very clean with updated features. Beds were extremely comfortable. Helpful phone staff.

Hard to access the oven door because of tight kitchen layout (we managed). Toaster smoked and candles in fireplace did not light. All very minor inconveniences.

The beds were comfy & cozy It was so nice to be able to have my dog 🐶 with us , she was relaxed & loved running on the ocean 3 days in a row. The kitchen & the chalet was everything we expected .
