Everything. From when we parked and walked up, we were shocked at the setup. The sitting area is great with an amazing sunset view, I’m not sure what the comments about construction were about but none during our 5 day stay. Probably the best sunset view on the island and not so crowded you couldn’t get a chair. There were two solo kayaks and a dual one that were free to use, and the rocks right out front had a pretty good amount of coral and great fish life. The boat rental service (discount included with the stay) was great as well. On to the house boat. We were in #1 and it had pretty views front and back. With a small seating area on the back deck and a covered area on the front with table and chairs (very nice to have shade for meals). The grill worked as well. Inside was two queen beds and a loft with a twin, the bathroom was smaller but fine for a houseboat. The kitchen was very well appointed, though as is mentioned in an older review, expect nothing in the way of seasonings/condiments (not a negative, just to be aware of).

Not going to be a long list. The beds were a little soft, not really an issue, just a preference. Nothing they can really do, but the no-see-ums can get awful. Really just a by product of having space on the water but for folks that are unfamiliar, it will be good to know. We went and grabbed fire stuff and lighting a fire before sunset helped a lot.

Much smaller than anticipated

Loved the location! We enjoyed sitting out in the chairs in the evening and morning and found the location very convenient for everything we wanted to do while in the area. While we did not use the kayaks we talked with a couple that did and they enjoyed it. It was nice to meet other travelers as well. The accommodations were to be expected with it a little tight quarters with the pull out bed in use but to be expected.

The floors were dirty and not from us. We do not wear shoes in the house and all of our feet would get dark and dirty from just walking around even the first evening we arrived. To the point that after showering we would again have to wash our feet with a wet washcloth before getting into bed just from walking around in the cabin. I think they cleaned the floors before we arrived but not thoroughly or with proper supplies? I'm still ranking it highly because I would stay there again and just double check the floors are clean upon arrival.

no bedding or towels Had to call to get housekeeping. put our food in the fridge and went sightseeing after calling about the Linen came back to our food thrown away.
