Really fantastic location, right in the center. The room was small but quite comfortable. Very quick and easy self check-in, the host was very friendly and ready to help with all the issues, though there weren't any. Can definitely recommend this place. Great value for money!

Good communication and friendly, helpful staff on WhatsApp. Great location. Safe area, lots of bars and cafes. Fridge with good priced mini bar.

Could do with a chair in the room. No view. No plates in the small kitchen.

Je recommande ! L’emplacement, le confort, la propreté et l’attention de l’hôte qui s’assure que tout se passe au mieux, il est également réactif et de bon conseil. Le lit était confortable. J’en profite pour vous remercier de votre gentillesse pour nous avoir permis de déposer nos valises plus tôt afin de ne pas être encombrés. La caméra dans la pièce commune n’est pas énoncé dans l’annonce mais un sticker est visible sur le mur donc on ne peut pas la rater une fois sur place. C’est sécurisant pour les effets personnels simplement mettre dans l’annonce si possible. Mea culpa si c’était mentionné et que je n’ai pas vu.

Posizione perfetta host gentilissima

The property is very well localised in central Cagliari and clean, room was cleaned two times during my one week stay with towels changed, and was equipped with refrigerator, free WiFi and air-conditioning, the staff was very nice and helpful, the process of check in and out is very fast and there is no problem to check in late. I was travelling for a conference and was afraid to come back to Italy after very bad hotel experience in Naples, but was very positively suprised and would come back to Cagliari again.

The room is dark with little natural light, but on the other hand thanks to that it does not over-heat
