LTGreat apartment (private room with bathroom) for the price, located right in the city center. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and helpful - checking in with us almost daily to see if we needed anything and always ready to assist. We appreciated the autonomous check-in and checkout process. Towels were changed three times during the week, and the room was cleaned twice, which was a nice bonus. The room had everything we needed: a fan, air conditioning, and a small fridge. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, landmarks, and a bus stop to Poetto Beach just 15 minutes away on foot. One thing to note: the room window faces another apartment’s window just a few meters away, so it can be a bit noisy in the evening, and sounds from neighboring rooms can be heard (but it's fine if you keep the window closed). Security is good - there are two doors (from the street and into the apartment), and there’s a camera in the shared living area. Suggestion: It would be nice to have a small iron and a few basic kitchen items like plates, forks, and knives. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it!

GBVery central close to shops, restaurants and 15 min walk to the station. Bus round the corner so you can easily visit the city or the beaches nearby.
Could not use the cooker and no microwave either(apparently need special permission for them to be used in the property) May will be available in the near future. There is however a kettle and some tea in the main hall for the guests

AMTop location in the city centre, very clean and modern bedroom with a bathroom and a nice shared living room area with a sofa and table. 100% corresponding to its description and photos. The host is always available at WhatsApp, very polite and helpful. I had an early checkin for free, and also they let me leave my suitcase after checkout.
A few details which would make this accommodation just perfect are a coffee-machine and a small set of basic plates :)
