PLThe owner really tried to fix any problems/isues which was reparted (on Philippines its not so obvious) Next to the hotel there was food market, galery and mcdonald laundry on ground floor (very helpfull if you live with children)
The refrigerator doesn't cool enough Some insects apears sometimes (but in my coworking place they were too, so propably they just are everywhere)

PHLocated in IT park just across sugbo mercado which is very convenient. Easy checkin and checkout. Room is so big and bed is very comfortable. Very cold AC and they have built in cabinets. Has appliances inside like fridge, microwave, etc. Strong wifi connection. We will definitely book this one br again the next time we visit Cebu.
AUThe place is very comfortable and a great value for money, the building is kept tidy and sanitised daily. The room also offers free cleaning for long stays. It’s location is in IT Park Cebu therefore it has access to everything from malls, night market, restaurants and bars, all are walkable distances.
During check in, the door handle was extremely loose and didn’t look safe even if it was locked however maintenance was excellent and fixed them straight away. The hanging/chandelier lights in the kitchen was also broken and it become a health and safety hazard, but I was notified from the maintenance that it would only be fixed once I’ve checked out, however the placement of the table stops everyone from accidentally hurting themselves. Overall, everything met my expectations

USPHI had to take an exam in IT Park and I really needed some nice place to stay for me and my family and I found this here on Booking.com. We were very satisfied with our stay here (4D3N). The place was so comfortable it felt like home away from home.
I just wanted to say something about the hanging lights by the dining area. I bumped my head there a couple of times, so hopefully, you could do something about it 😅

PHLocation is perfect for tourists! The building was surrounded with restaurants, fast foods, malls, bus terminals and taxis which makes it really convenient for everyone.
We had a little problem checking in, as there was a miscommunication between the unit owner and receptionist. We also had trouble calling the owner.
