The room is near the trash shoot area which is sometimes left open and is very smelly.

This is just a suggestion. Consider sprucing the interior design of the unit since the paints and colors left by the developer are basic and dull. Adding vibrant colors and art could transform it into an Instagram-worthy space.
PHEasy check in and check out, very good location close to everything, accessible to public transportation. over all we had a nice and comfortable stay.
