Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, bezproblemowy dostęp, czyste i komfortowe.

Mieszkanie na 4piętrze, winda niestety nie działa. Zero kontaktu z właścicielem, nie odpowiadał na wątpliwości i pytania. Brak klucza do drzwi pokoju był bardzo niekomfortowy. Drzwi do mieszkania często zostawiane otwarte na oścież przez innych lokatorów.

I liked that there is a fan in the room. The bathroom is quite nice and clean.

It’s true that the bed is not too comfortable also the elevator was not working and the room was like on the fifth floor. And the adress shown in the booking is not the same that is shown in the Google maps, the host should fix it, the instructions were not clear. You actually need to go a couple hundreds meters more than where it actually says.

La vicinanza alla stazione

La luce si spegneva da fuori,mancava un comodino,una piccola lampada per accenderla di notte.Nel bagno mancava la carta igienica.

Gestore molto gentile ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste in maniera puntuale, la stanza si trova in ottima posizione, bisogna solo fare attenzione alla numerazione civica di Genova (79 nero e non rosso), è l'ideale per soggiorni brevi, il letto è anche comodo, per una notte mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente visto anche il buon prezzo.

Mancava una lampada da camera, per accendere a spegnere la luce bisognava uscire dalla stanza, e francamente lo trovo incredibile, basta dotare la stanza di una piccola lampada da notte, il bagno è in comune con l'altra camera dell'appartamento, molto pulito ad eccezione di una grossa macchia di umidità sulla parete in alto.

没有给入住的客人发送任何有助于入住的信息，当天晚上十点到达房源，求助了当地人，一共五个人研究如何入住，最后经过两个小时的努力才终于进入房源。期间还被不友善的当地人搭讪，房东邮件不回，电话打不通，没有任何途径联系的上它，第二天却给我发消息催促我交税。我已经向平台举报，这不是我的问题。
