The staff went out of their way to reconnect me with my lost luggage, even driving out to the airport to collect it on my behalf as I was not able. Fantastic service

It was a little noisy with people ringing the front door to be let in and setting up breakfast

The interior design and staff

There is no AC and hot water wasn't always there! And we had to leave one day earlier but they refused to give us our money back. I liked the staff but I wish they refunded us the day we didn't spend.

"Perfect place to visit Cusco !"

We booked a stay @ X.O Art House, but were upgraded to the hotel « Andenes al Cielo » also managed by Marco and his team and located a few meters down the road. This place was great, with charming configuration and confortable rooms. Staff was amazing and took great care of us ! Special thanks to you guys, you really made our stay 🙏 Location is perfect, reaching the city center only takes 5min walking. Lovely buffet breakfast was also included.
