Immediately next to Bologna Centrale and an easy trip by rail from the airport. Very nice, if small, bathroom and shower. Air conditioning works very well. The shared spaces feel quite clean and maintained.

There isn’t any comfortable seating in either the unit or the shared space, so the bed is really the only comfortable accommodation. There’s no desk or take that is the right height to do work. The lights in the building entry should really be motion activated, as the switches are impossible to notice or find in the dark.

Прекрасная хозяйка Барбара ,до заезда прислала все подробные инструкции по заселению, номер уютный ,очень чистый, особо хочу отметить ортопедический матрас и подушки, редко где такое встречается. Выезд до 10 ,но при моей просьбе остаться до 11 часов, Барбара пошла мне на встречу. Всем рекомендую это место.

Bang next to the station, 10 min. from everything. Room was spotless, and little extras like a simple breakfast, fridge and basic kitchen a big bonus. Also decent sized bedroom. It’s also quiet even though it’s next to the station. And even though it’s next to the station, it’s not the common seediness you expect and get from a typical European main station. Room gets cleaned every day. Comfy bed which helped a lot when I caught a bout of flu and had to rest up. Host is also super helpful & friendly.

I would have liked a tap where I could get water in the kitchen, although even the bathroom water in Italy is perfectly fine to drinks and way better than other European countries. And one s

The location was perfect- right in front of Bologna station. The room was nice and clean, and we loved the quality of the beds. The owner was very accommodating and informative. I believe this is one of the best places if you would like to get to Bologna station within a minute.

The room was not quite spacious but enough for 2. It was also sufficiently equipped.

Barbara harika bir ev sahibi. Dairede çok güzel, konforlu ve rahattı. İhtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Barbara her an bizimle iletişimdeydi. Konaklamamızla ilgili her detayı bize ayrıntılı bir şekilde anlattı. Dairenin içi tertemizdi ve bizim için kahvaltı sepeti hazırlanmıştı. Barbara bize bir jest de yapıp bizi çok mutlu etti😊 en iyi konaklama deyimlerimizden biriydi, her şey için teşekkürler 🙏🏼
