B&B La Fenice

Wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, dann ist die Lage fantastisch, gleich gegenüber Bologna Centrale. Von Bologna aus kann man sehr viele Ziele mit dem Zug relativ schnell und komfortabel erreichen. Die Besitzerin haben wir persönlich leider nicht kennengelernt, aber sie hat sich um uns per WhatsApp vorbildlich gekümmert, vor der Anreise alle Infos geschickt, sogar kleines Frühstück im Appartement organisiert. Es wird jeden Tag das Bett gemacht und Müll entsorgt. Danke Barbara.

Das Einzige, das weniger gefallen hat, war die Größe des Badezimmers, besonders die Duschkabine war sehr klein und es ist nicht möglich gewesen sein Duschzeug irgendwo abzulegen, weil keine Halterung dafür gab.

Water filter in the breakfast room would be good for more drinking water.

The location is unbelievable, cross the street and enter building when you arrive with train. Additionally pillows are extremely comfortable. Barbara also left a basket for breakfast, that was a lovely gesture

Jeu de pistes pour la récupération des clefs de la chambre puis du parking avec une cour exiguë pour plusieurs véhicules avec 1 tarif de 15€par jour, indications données par WhatsApp, petit déjeuner succinct, pas d accès à l eau dans la pièce commune, chambre et salle d eau exigues

Good size room. Comfortable beds with soft pillows. Great amenities with tea/coffee/snacks/water available. A communal big eating area across the hallway with microwave, fridge and water kettle. Pretty decor. Location handy for trains and Marconi Express to the airport.

Room lacked the balcony that was included in the booking. Bedside tables should be bigger to be practical. Location a bit further from the centre, but still walkable.

Locatia este langa gara. Acces facil pentru transport dinspre / catre aeroport- Marconi Express + transport catre orasele din imprejurimi. Locatie curata, acces la o mica bucatarie. Desi nu am avut mic dejun am primit un cos de bun venit cu diverse produse dulci,etc.

Totul a fost ok.
