"Elegant, clean, well built, helpful and friendly landlord"

Perfect place to stay if the architecture, cleanness, good taste maters to you. Every little details are perfect in the room and at the roof balcony. Nice landlord, tasty breakfast. Next time I would go back with friends. Easy to park. Parking is free.

Everything far was above of all of our Italian experiences.

"Clean and simple accommodation"

Very clean with a good shower.

Basement room did not get Wi-Fi or phone signal. it was also quite warm without AC - but the host got us a fan which worked well.

"great place and super hosts"

Great localization, very friendly personnel, unfortunately weather don’t allow us to use terrace. room was clean, fresh, nice equipped. if I can suggest something please use glass not plastic cup - let’s do something for our home - Earth.

Place, people, city , food

The breakfast could be better. We had normal breakfast ( coffee, croissant and orange juice). we have to pay additional 5€ per breakfast.

I travel quite a bit and usually never leave reviews. but this place was exceptional! the hosts were beyond welcoming and the place beautiful! So many tiny details that were very nicely put together. in many places you have the feeling the hosts don’t really care, not here! and Grottaglie is a beautiful little town! Thank you for having me! Absolute recommendation!

the guest house is brand new and beautifully decorated. it’s location is excellent and our host was lovely and maintained excellent communication.
