Goede plek. Centrum is makkelijk te bereiken. Gastvrouw zeer attent!

Wij waren er toen het minder mooi weer was en dan is het appartement wat donker. Kan in de zomer ook een voordeel zijn.

Comfortable firm bed, has everything we needed. Location is ok but don't expect Uber coming to your door, had to go one street down for pickup

1. The host, Ines, was very friendly and communicative. She let us check in early, which was very accommodating! 2. It was very handy that the apartment had a washing machine, which worked smoothly. 3. Because the apartment is on the ground floor with only a few windows, it stays cool during the hot days. We visited in mid-September, when the temperatures reached 30-32 degrees Celsius but the apartment remained cool and we didn't use the A/C at all. 4. It was quiet at night since the apartment was located in an alley, even though the door wasn't closing properly(!).

1. We woke up to the sight of a huge cockroach!!! We paid 106€ per night to sleep with cockroaches?! This is UNACCEPTABLE and a rip-off! We booked an apartment with an 8.2/10 rating on booking.com which costs 106 €/night, so we can be comfortable but, I'm telling you, I couldn't sleep at night after I saw the size of that cockroach!! I really don't understand how people rated this place with 8.2/10. 2. The apartment was superficially cleaned. The carpet in the living room had many stains. The kitchen floor hadn't been vacuumed: for instance, there was some uncooked pasta under the stove and some other bits under the kitchen table. Thank god we had flip-flops with us! The kitchen floor had some rust stains, too. Perhaps the host can't remove those but maybe cover them somehow? 3. The laundry room was a mess. For instance, there was a bag of dirty bedsheets and towels. Am I supposed to see these? 4. The entrance door wasn't closing properly which made us feel unsafe. What a rip-off! By the way, we stayed in other apartments in Lisbon during the same trip and they were better and cheaper.

Gros cafard dans le studio, après réclamation auprès du propriétaire pour compensation financière, celui-ci a répondu que c'est normal d'avoir des cafards à Lisbonne !!! 3 boites anti-cloporte se trouvaient sous les meubles, donc problème récurrent. Le prix est abusif dans un vieux logement vétuste !
