"Excellent"

Location is not central but it is not far to get to central. It is located on a narrow street uphill, so neighbours can sometimes be noisy, but they are friendly and generally safe. I'd say it is a great place for repeat visits.

Not much I did not like. It is great value for money for a group of friends or family alike for a medium-term stay.
