Beautiful location right on the beach ⛱️ Spotlessly clean and well equipped rooms. We had everything we needed. Sunbeds were a bonus Breakfast was tasty and plentiful Staff were super helpful

The staff were very helpful in us getting from the ferry pier to their location.

Overstatement of the room size. I chose this property because it promised a King Sized bed in a 30 square meter room. We arrived shattered because the ferry from Koh Phangan took 5 hours instead of the scheduled 3 hrs 20 minutes because the sea was so rough, most people were sick and we were grateful to be on land. We were in room 301, the bed was very comfortable but my wife could not get out of the bed on her side without climbing down the bed because there was only a nine inch gap between the bed and the wall on her side. Not what I expected from a room of 30m2. I calculated the room was at best only 22m2. I complained to the management via the only English speaking member of staff. They moved us to 201, slightly bigger at around 22 to 24 square meters and the only other King sized bedded room. All good until about 2 hours later when the air conditioner in 201 suddenly malfunctioned and turned itself off. One of the staff managed to get it going again by turning off the hotels electricity off and back on again and restarting it. All well for about an hour when it turned itself off again and refused to restart. So we changed room again to 202 which was about 24 square meters with a standard double and a single bed. My wife and I have slept in a super queen bed for the last 20 years and cannot get a good nights sleep in a standard double so I left her in the double and slept the next 2 nights in the single. It had an ill fitting single bottom sheet which kept rucking and gave me a pretty rotten sleep. I paid 2100 bht per night up front for a 30 m2 room which did not exist, 6300bht in total for 3 nights. We spent 2 nights in a room with a double and a single that was quoting 3750 bht for 3 nights. Thru no fault of my own I overpaid more than 2000bht for the two bedded room and the hotel refused to repay me any money back.
