Good location in Kuching, near river, mall and seafood court; big apartment, fully equipped; owner really helpful to let the keys to security stuff because we arrived at 1 am... Security also kept our luggage until departure. Pool also available at the top floor. Recommended!
The apartment would need a refresh. There is a windowless bedroom.

Very good location as well as a very nice view on the Sarawak river. Wifi and AirCon Reception is helpful Washing machine is an asset (dryer is on top floor costs 5MYR)
Might need higher standards in term of cleanliness General state is just correct, some appliances could be updated

Convenient location
A bit run down. Kitchen area definitely needs a facelift. Apprehensive about using kitchen utensils as the condition of the kitchen looks and feels very old and rundown

I didn't get a breakfast btw so I don't know. The location sis good. Very suitable for a big family. Recommended
The gym is not working, also feeling insecure to get a lift. The receptionist place a bit dull and need to improve the accommodation like gym, the Dobby and morelah. But quite okaylah. Can lah.
