Nice Waterfront 2BR River View Walk to City

The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. Self check-in and check-out is convenient, and the view is amazing.

There is a foul smell emanating from the toilet drain, but the management has posted notices to inform tenants about the cause of the odor.

I love that its river view and very relaxing. Near 7E. Easy to get grab too. Walking distance along the waterfront.

Place is conveniently located. Good security

the apartment was not properly maintained. The basin tabs need to be replaced. Very difficult to turn on the water. The kitchen basin tab was also difficult to turn off. Couldn’t help letting water leaking from it. The apartment is cheaply furnished. The beds are low and the mattress are very thin. Not comfortable to sleep. Place is near a mosque. So you have to bear with the 5 prayer calls and the early morning Quran reading. Bring ur ear buds.

Great Value for money. -excellent location, near waterfront, main bazaar, restaurants -view of river with balcony -2 bedroom 2 bathroom (4 beds), washing machine, perfect for families. -security guards were friendly and kind enough to watch our bags after we checked out.

Nothing really. As advertised. Exceeded expectations.
