Clean , location is perfect, service more than per staff soo friendly

Easy walk to lake and restaurants, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and lovely host. We enjoyed the breakfast provision - especially the 😋 pistachio croissant 🥐 pecan pastry and freshly squeezed orange juice at nearby cafe. Appreciate the prompt service when we had an issue to fix. In love with lake Como! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 🙏

Would have been even better with a safe to store passports and a bar fridge.

No Wi-Fi no extra information available on arrival (need to ask extra questions to the owner about Wi-Fi, breakfast time), transparent shower wall makes the stay with your partner spicy 🤭

The location is 3 min by feet to duomo plaza & Emanuel Vittorio everything is very close !!🥰

It was nice to have breakfast included. The position of the apartment was relatively central and an easy walk to the main shopping district and also well placed for public transport. The access instructions were easy to follow and we had no problem checking in or out.

The bedding was really quite grim. Lumpy, uncomfortable foam pillows and no duvet cover. (I mean, that’s something pretty basic to be missing and just conveys a total lack of care for guests’ comfort.) The room is very tight quarters and the toilet has a strangely public feel about it. Make sure you know you cohabiter really well if you’re going to share this space! Lastly, the “balcony” comes with no chair or chairs to be made use of, but this is just as well because the view is not remotely charming. Not a place you’d want to spend time. Maybe don’t emphasise that feature because it’s not nice.

Location was close to the main piazza & to the ferry. Also it was close to the array of magnificent restaurants.
