Clean.. comfortable

Excellent location! Room was cosy but had everything we needed. Breakfast around the corner was an added bonus. Very close walking distance to local train, ferries and cable car. Como S Giovanni train station, which we arrived at, was a little further away. Possible walking distance without heavy suitcases, just over 1km, however with cases I advise to take a taxi from station. Bus to the apartment was not reliable and not very often so we had to wait a while. This was due to extensive road works in the area at the time, which we were not aware of.

The property was really clean, comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect!!

Very nice modern and above all clean apartment directly on the lake. You load out the front door and are directly at the train station and the promenade. Small balcony to the courtyard with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is in a small cafe one street over and is absolutely delicious.

Location is as good as it gets, apartmwnt is very modern, freshly renewed, has AC and tv. Great

Excellent location about 1 minute walk from Como Lago train station and direct trains to Milano Centrale. The breakfast was a really nice touch in the nearby cafe. Really clean room with very comfortable bed and good aircon.

The shower cubicle in the bathroom has a glass panel that faces the bed area so when you’re showering your travelling companion will have a full view of you. No privacy.

The apartment was great, clean, good located and quiet. The host was a super nice person. I really recommend this place

When we arrived to the bar to order a breakfast, 2 person just ignored us when they saw our cards for an breakfast. So i was staying there 10 min and they just offered a coffee to new guests who came after me. Very unfriendly, kind a angry on us. The cups of coffee were dirty by coffee, than he asked if i also want croasant and when i said yes and also a juice he just turn his eyes around 🙄

1.The room and the bathroom were modern and the bed was comfortable 2. The place is walking distance from the lake

1. First, this is not a B&B. It is a room in a big apartment building. The reception for the keys is in the city, the parking is somewhere else, and the "breakfast" is in a coffee place in the next street 2. If you are booking this thinking you are booking a small simple hotel, then you might be disappointed. Because you need to run from 4 (room, keys, parking, breakfast) different places (with your luggage with 30 degrees) 3. Calling breakfast to what we got is not really exact in my perspective. You get a voucher where you go to a small coffee place and get 1x coffee, 1x orange juice 1x brioche ..so in case you are intolerant, or just appreciate a less sweet and healthier option than that is also not possible. 4. At the end you still need to go again to the same place where you picked up the keys. Why not just leaving them in the apartment.. 5. The room door doesn't fully closed so we didn't feel really safe (the apartment door closes well!)
