The Alma Taverns Boutique Suites - Room 5 - Hopewell

Perfect location in the Clifton area. The place is always clean and comfortable

The staff were all lovely and super friendly! Food was great. Had lunch & dinner. Room was a great size and nice and clean.

Good location

unfortunately there was a very noisy fan/generator which kept me awake all night, I thought it would be turned off when the pub closed but it went on all night even with windows closed impossible to sleep. I have messaged the property direct 3 times now to discuss if it was a one off and had just been forgotten to be turned off as I would have liked to stay in the future, but no reply from the property hence reverting to this review which is disappointing.

The room was lovely, spacious, clean and stylish. Comfy bed.

I was quite worried on arrival at realising the room was above a pub. The stairs leading to the rooms were uncarpeted and gave a poor first impression. but I was very pleasantly surprised on entry to the room, which was stylish, spacious and clean.

Noise in the night due to thin walls and a narrow hallway. I woke up several times during the night when people came and left. No reception. They prefer to automate all communication Check in at 16 is late

Only tea and coffee offered Would have been nice to have had some biscuits in the room

I have stayed a few times and their used to be muesli and yoghurt for breakfast but this time there wasn't
