Friendly staff member who took us to the room. Bed was comfy

Couldn't turn the main light off as dimmer switch wouldn't turn off. Blind was broken, window was filthy, carpet had seen better days. One bedside lamp didn't work

The entrance to the property was very dirty it's above the pub up 4 flights of stairs that were very grubby, there is no mention of the rooms being on the top floor up 4 flights . It's not any good for disabled or families . The main light wouldn't switch off in room 5 the room was shabby (new shower room)👍 the window blind was broken. The photos on booking do not reflect the room appearance at all , I was very disappointed so won't be going back.

Good location and nicely designed rooms

Stains on cushions and carpets. Shower heads need descaling and radiator needs bleeding as only hot at the bottom.

Location and comfort

Part of a pub and theatre in a pleasant location close to the theatre school. Spacious room. Tea, coffee, water and cereal provided.

Entry through dirty and cluttered service entrance and dingy stairs. Stained carpets and broken window shades.
