The structure was very typical, realized in details without taking away its authenticity. the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the staff was really nice and helpful when we needed something and the rooftop is breathtaking!

Magnifique Ryad historique dans cette médina. Notre chambre était belle et spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent avec une belle vue rooftop sur la médina . Je recommande aussi les massages - vigoureux et pro - excellente nuit en suivant. L’hospitalité est de mise et Noor fait tout pour faciliter le séjour. Un grand merci à lui et son équipe.

La location di questo Riad è assolutamente bellissima essendo ristrutturata da poco tempo. Le camere sono ampie e confortanti.

La gestione e il personale di accoglienza veramente da rivedere completamente. Maleducati e poco flessibili, imponendo di dare mancie alle persone che ci portavano i bagagli. (L'avremmo comunque data di nostra spontanea volontà ma il gesto di imporre a parecchio dato fastidio). Avevo richiesto un servizio per il compleanno di mia moglie per una torta al mattino ma non è stata mai pervenuta, anche se ci si era messi d'accordo una settimana prima via email ( ovviamente pagando e non pochi soldi). I teli da bagno non vengo cambiati con regolarità anzi lasciano i vecchi sporchi sul lavabo. Sostanzialmente è un riad da 5 stelle forse per la struttura ma per il resto e tutto da 3 stelle o peggio. Ci sono molteplici riad in Fez migliori di questo. Andate da altre parti.

"We enjoyed this Riad, and the interior is beautiful."

The Riad Rcif had great hot water supply, and the signage within the Old Town made it easy to find.

It was noticeable that the room had no windows and poor air circulation. The breakfast hours were limited, but the food provided was sufficient.
