Unfortunately this place was a real disappointment. We ended up moving to a different hotel, we were not comfortable to stay here. The hotel staff was unprofessional. They informed us upon arrival that they were all sick. The photos online look fantastic, but in person it’s dark, there is black mold in the bathrooms, and it’s generally unpleasant. I called the owner and informed him that we would move to another hotel. He was personally offended when we informed him, we were just trying to be polite! He was extremely unpleasant to talk to. I asked him kindly if he would refund our stay, although I had no expectation that we would agree. He did agree.. but then in the following days did not return our call and did not give any money back. I travel a lot with my wife, and we enjoy all kinds of great hotels around the world, very rarely we get a “we gotta get out of here hotel.” This was that occasion! Knowing the manner of this hotel, I am sure there will be a rambling angry response to my review. Save yourself the trouble….

The riad is incredible, a work of art. The room was very beautiful. The rooftop restaurant for the breaksfast has amazing views.

The room had a bit of a smell and we had to leave all the windows open when arriving. The shower makes a bit of a mess, as it isn’t entirely covered, leaving the bathroom floor really wet.

Le riad est juste magnifique, biwn placé au coeur de la medina, très bien équipé et propre, ainsi que le personnel est super gentil et attentionné, vous ne trouverez pas mieux.

Hotel all'interno della Medina, non raggiungibile con il taxi ma staff super disponibile ad accompagnarti. Camera molto bella e colazione in terrazza buona

L'odore in camera dopo aver chiuso la finestra... Un po' stantio. Colazione al sacco migliorabile
