Lati negativi di questo b&b: -Poca illuminazione interna, ma sufficiente.

Breakfast in local cafe suited us and owner was lovely. Room was spacious with lovely mini kitchenette, balcony and shower. Air conditioning if needed. Owners friendly and checked we were OK without being intrusive. Train station close by. Delzenso del garda was absolutely beautiful, lovely places to eat, felt safe at night, lovely trips on lake

We didn't mind the incline from village to property but some may find it arduous. A couple of mornings there were some local dogs who barked but positives of this accommodation made up for this.

Great communication and pleasant host. Bed was comfy. The black out shutters were very good as was the air conditioning. The place was spotlessly clean which is incredibly important. Easy to reach from the station and only 10 minutes from the lake front.

The room was a little basic given the price. The TV only had access to basic local channels despite having Netflix and Prime apps. The shower wasn't particularly good with low pressure. The breakfast choice was limited. These are minor gripes and overall very happy with our stay.
