The handyman let his self in the unit the day we were checking out without knocking.
USUSUSIt was very spacious. Nice and quiet.
The carpet needs cleaning. The sofa bed needs replaced. Because it's broken. And the kitchen trash needs replaced to because it's broken.
USThe only thing good about this place was the location.
The property was disgusting. The furniture and the carpet were filthy. Supposed to have four televisions only one had a working remote control, and that was the third floor master. Closet doors on the second floor bedrooms were leaning against the wall, the bed and in the closet, very dangerous for children. One bedroom had a pedestal table, completely broken off of the base (previously broken, splintered wood was found under and behind the bed) leaning against the wall, as if it were attached. This table fell off and struck my mother. The pans were all rusted, burnt, or had the Teflon peeling off in chunks. We had to go to the store and purchase a set of cookware and utensils. We professionally repaired the table, reattach the closet doors, and used our own linens and mattress pads to cover the furniture in the living area so we could use it. It was nice to get an email asking the accommodations, but the reply listing the deficiencies went unanswered, At least five emails were sent and unanswered. We left at 7 AM Sunday morning, using flashlights and telephones to pack due to the storm and power outage. The rain spout right over the stairs exiting was leaking so bad everything we took to the vehicles got soaking wet. As I’ve stated before, the only good thing about this venue was the location.

USWe absolutely love the location of this property, the host was very responsive. The property is very big great for families two bedrooms on the second floor one bedroom on the third floor, which is great for parents that don’t wanna hear kids lol when they’re sleeping. The location is one block from the beach and there is also an outdoor bathroom on the boardwalk.
This unit is pretty bare bones. There was no vacuum cleaner no broom no cleaning supplies. I am a person that likes to clean my space pretty much every single day so that was hard for me. They did a drop off a broom for me so I could at least sweep the floor floors. It could definitely use some updating some fresh paint. There were screens that were out of the windows. The closet doors weren’t attached and definitely shower liners, but other than that loved it.
USThis was an amazing place to stay for my best friends bachelorette party! We all enjoyed the place! It was way past our expectations! We would go again! It was around all the best places to eat!

USThe property was clean and organize. They do bring sheets and blankets. It was very comfortable and I would stay there again. Also the location was perfect.
The washer and dryer definitely have to be updated. It doesn’t work well and smells a little. Some things have to be updated but other than that it’s was a very cute place.
