Great location if you want to be in historic center. Everywhere is close to historical monumets. Rooms are very clean. Some of them have amazing view for old town roofs(we are on 5th floor). Hosts are amazing peoples,its family. Very helpful with great contact. Building is solid,much more modern 40’ I think. Around a lot of places to eat,drink and some small shops around. I recommend!

Location is perfect, in a silent street (slept with window open) and still so close to busy via Roma (public bus to beach or to train station, airport bus) and busy via Maqueda (restaurants). Visited all of Palermo by foot. I felt safe. Every room is on 5th floor with a beautiful view on the roofs of Palermo! My double room had a tiny balcony with 2 little chairs and a view on a church to sip my coffee in the morning. There is no breakfast but you can use the kitchen. Fridge in every room. Bottles of juice and water included. Staff very friendly. Received a map and advice. Towels and shower very good. Elevator is "vintage" but works well. Highly recommend!

Everything good! One tiny point I liked less is the "cold" light in the room, no cosy "warm" light :)

From the minute I confirmed my reservation, I received a welcoming email from my hosts Salvatore and his lovely wife. When I arrived at the property, they were there to greet me with a warm and spirited introduction and tour of my beautiful room and terrace with a view of the red tiled rooftops of Palermo and the Sea. They also took time to orient me as to where the places I wanted to visit we located, relative to the property. Neither Salvatore nor his wife speak much English, but we had a fluent conversation and some good laughs using Google translate. The room and property was immaculate, quiet and the bed and mattress was incredibly comfortable. An expresso machine was a welcome addition! The property is also perfectly located in the center of Palermo. It was a short distance to walk in any direction to enjoy this enchanting city. Salvatore also went out of his way to help me get to the Palermo bus station. What a wonderful host! I highly highly recommend this beautiful property if you are intending to stay in Palermo.
