Excellent room, nicely decorated, spotless clean, new , nice quality linen, free water , juice and coffee. Attentive hostess.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, modern and spotless clean room, very comfortable bedding. Location is perfect: close walking distance for everything and the area is calm and quite at night. Self check-in is possible.

The soundproofing is not the best; we could hear other guests coming back to the hotel in the late evening (though it was quiet at night). WiFi is 7/10; we experienced some issues, but it wasn’t a major problem for us.

hot water for shower and wash took ages to come through . better signage so easier to find.

Excellent location for touring the centre of Palermo, clean rooms and great hosts! 5/5 would recommend.

It was very well located, in the heart of the historic centre, just off Via Maqueda with its buzzing street restaurants, Quattro Canti, with the churches around it all walking distance as is the Palermo Cathedral and the streets leading to it, with shops selling artistic ceramics and jewellery. Gloria and her family are warm, we had a well lit comfortable room with a shower, all spanking new.

Great brand new room in a great location. The host couple is fantastic!
