Unit was easy to get to (ground floor). Great, quiet, location.

Towels from previous renters were left in the washing machine.

The bedrooms were clean and cozy, and having a separate space for our son was the best! Lots of little hidden and helpful things (tons of extra blankets, a box fan, sun screen, beach towels, a step stool, etc.) made everything better. Because the building was made out of concrete, like all houses on the barrier islands, there was very little sound transfer between units - unless someone was talking right outside, you wouldn't hear anyone else. You can easily walk to the Bicentennial Park beach (just a half mile away) or you could scoot down A1A to Pelican Beach park where there's a great playground (just don't forget to pay to park!). Great little restaurants also within walking distance, but being right off A1A you're easily able to get wherever you'd like!

While the room was great overall, there were a few things of note that would be nice if improved. - In place of a dishwasher, there was a combo clothes washer and dryer. Neat, but it wasn't very efficient and actually trapped a swimsuit we were trying to dry for a bit. I think I'd just prefer a dishwasher. - The bathroom vent didn't actually vent any steam and the bathroom became a full sauna. Maybe that's a feature to some! - Designated dish towels would be nice rather than having to use tons of paper towels or the white bathroom washcloths, especially as you need to clean all the dishes before checkout (which is fair). Out kitchen soap pump was also broken but we could still use the soap!

Everything was beautiful and so comfortable

I loved the aesthetic and felt right at home

It is an amazing and cosy location with a lot of comfort in all rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Best place to go in Indian Harbour. Unfortunetly we could not stay longer.
