All of the amenities were included. It was great to have the ability to use the laundry in our apt. if needed. I absolutely loved the decor! Very modern! The bed was very comfortable too. Thank you so much for the beach towels and umbrella and football. You’ve thought of everything to make our stay so pleasant.

The outdoor lights were a bit bright for sleeping. Next time, I’ll use an eye mask.

This property was perfect for my family. Every resource was available within the unit. The owner put careful thought into making this a home away from home. The owner checked in often and was very quick to answer any questions. Great location and a beautiful property. I loved the decor and facilities on the property.

The unit, space, thoughtful touches, pool, and game area were lovely. Dedicated parking spot was also great.

The king sized bed was not comfortable. There was also a large indentation on one side. The lighting outside the unit was extremely bright and the curtains, even when closed let a lot of light in.

We had a very nice stay. The appartment was large and comfortable. Quiet environment. Private parking space. Nice hosts.

The proximity to Banana River and to beaches

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The place looked just like any other motel from the outside, but once you step inside, it's a whole different story. The interior is so modern and chic, it feels like stepping into a luxurious oasis. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the tranquility of the area made it feel safe and peaceful. Plus, the fact that there are no stairs on the ground floor and a designated parking spot just a few steps away is simply brilliant. We loved the little touches like the air fryer, perfect for whipping up quick and tasty snacks. This apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn't have asked for more. And the location couldn't be better - strategically situated for easy access to the stunning beaches along the East coast of Florida, as well as being within reach of Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended for everyone but probably best for families.

Location isn't great, if weather isn't good, there is not that much to do nearby. Instruction on the wall, how to rate the property after your stay.

The access to washer/dryer; the distance to the beach; and the bed was SO comfortable! Toiletries were available for use! More than what I could have hoped. Everything was great!

The only thing I could say is that it would have been nice to have stocked some cleaning supplies (Chlorox Wipes). And directions for the machine.
