"Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage"

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, 3 extra Schlafzimmer

Beide Badezimmer sehr alt Ein lockerer Kanaldeckel auf der Straße vor dem Schlafzimmer verhinderte das Schlafen durch den Lärm der beim Überfahren von Fahrzeugen verursacht wurde! Das sollte über die Gemeinde Verona ausgebessert werden.

La vicinanza a 200 mt dall'arena

Fatiscente completamente da ristrutturare, i fili a penzoloni come negli anni 70. In realtà sembrava di aver fatto un tuffo nel passato. 2 cialde di caffè x 4 persone.

La posizione e’ ottima. Pulizia ok. Essendo a fine stagione dovrebbero essere controllato pe sistemare piccole “ammaccature” per renderlo ancora più accogliente.

Come scritto sopra con poche sistemazioni di usura da utilizzo dei clienti, sarebbe ancora meglio!

"Lage - Lage - Lage // für uns hat's gepasst"

Das Appartment liegt phantastisch mitten in der Stadt! Es ist außerdem riesig und funktional gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind ok, das Bettzeug war tippitoppi sauber. Die Balkone sind mega. In Summe war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis grandios. Von da aus ist alles in der Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen - für einen kurzen Städtetrip perfekt.

Das Appartment an sich war schon oberflächlich sauber, aber in den Ecken in der Dusche bspw. gibt's schon Stockflecken. An der Wand blättert bisschen Farbe ab. Und es ist sehr hellhörig. Überempfindlich sollte man nicht sein.
