"a place to demand a refund and go somewhere else"

very little

the whole place was shabby. I paid 80.00 for a room that they expected me to stay without a working tv, the room itself was nasty. when I asked for help it never came. I had to ask for another room. the room was full of flies. when I checked in we were given a smoking room which we didn’t want then the new room was non smoking which we were told was unavailable!

"quaint little place that was fine"
