"Not going back. Even if FREE!"

Cheap!

No blow dryer. Hole in the wall next to tub. Large bug found on the floor in the morning. Probably came in through hole. 3” bolt left on counter. Mattress was old & lumpy

"If they could clean rooms better and get better pillows I would stay again"

Location and staff

Room smelled musty and had dead flies everywhere. On our pillows there were stains on pillow cases however, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It would have been better if the pillows were better.

Nothing

There was holes in the frame, loose flooring, burn stains on the bath tub and the door didn't shut properly leaving a gap I could see my car through. I checked out after checking in but still haven't been given any type of refund after explaining to desk that it was substandard and unsafe.
