We never received access code or room information prior to arrival. Upon arrival we called to get said information and were told the 2 bedroom suite we booked (for 3 adults and 1 child) was not available and there had been a booking error. We were offered a one bedroom option which we took after driving 3.5 hours and it was 10pm. Awful customer service. Minimal effort made to make up for the error.
It was close to down town everything that we did was in walking distance.
GRUSThe location was great, the room was all that was needed for 2 people and the staff at the bar was terrific.
Tv difficult to use a manual would have been helpful and the room above us was quite noisy throughout the night it actually sounded like someone practicing throwing a bowling ball across the floor.
