USThe location was right in the middle of the walking streets /downtown of Frankfort. Parking across the street very easy. The room itself was great-old brick walls, funky fixtures and a view to an old-school theatre/marquee across the St. Even got a text while there asking if our car was the one with keys left in it in the garage-soo personal!
The 'speakeasy' access downstairs was cool but prices were outrageous and we were never given a menu/price list - just a recommendation. Ask for menu card before ordering.
Simple but elegant for our 3 night stay. Easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Secret speakeasy bar was quiet and staff was friendly. Would highly recommend.
The location of this place is perfect to start with, the room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. This is the only place we stay when we come to Frankfort, it is just that good.
USOur room was both spacious and cozy. It was close to bars & restaurants. Buffalo Trace was just up the road. Special surprises awaited us too! Highly recommend.
USNot a very practical accommodation. Virtually no surfaces to set anything on. No coffee table, tiny bedside tables. Bathroom configuration is strange. Only place to hang a towel is the farthest point from the shower. TP holder out of reach from toilet. Small ironing board provided, but no iron.
USWe love the location. Beautiful area. Many things to do within walking distance. Several restaurants, bakeries and bourbon bars. The distilleries are very close as well. The St Clair itself is very comfortable and quiet. The Howser on the ground floor is the best bourbon bar in the area. Patci and crew took care of us every night after our adventures. This was our second trip to the St Clair and we are planning our third already.
The only thing that we didn't like was our unit didn't have a toaster. Only a slight inconvenience.
We loved our stay and the property. The only issue was the elevator wasnt working properly. This created an issue for my husband due to limited mobilty!
