What I like is the locality, which is in the middle of Bikiny beach, Dream Beach and Sunset beach. Staff was trying their best, but under the limits they have. Cleaning of the room is only based on the request, but ťhat is perfectly fine for us. We liked the breakfast, every day they tried something else and every day there was also typical Maledivian breakfast - really good one. View from the room located on the 3th floor is really great, but if you will get room on 1st floor, you will have building view as from last year, there is a new building in front of the hotel - pictures on Booking are outdated. What is really amazing is that if you open the door on terrace the sound of the waves during the night is really great

Guys, seriously buy one box of white colour and pain the hotel - airconditioning and floors, it will give much better picture to the guests. If you promise to fix the door to terrace then come and fix it, do not ignore your promise - not fixed till end of our stay, nobody cares about that after we claimed during the check-in. If you have on booking written clothes drier, then have it in the room and do not move us from one staff to another and do not recommend that we can buy one. Also think about to fix to the wall the safe, without it it does not makes sense. We have not used the restaurant as nobody gave us during the stay the menu and the menu which was on the wall was for 20 USD, where in the city you can have the same for 5 USD. Also please think about the reception, you can make it much better and more representative. Water in the shower was working so-so, but was always hot, which was great. There is common terrace for 4 rooms, so if you can not close the terrace, not fixed safe, you might feel a little bit unconfortable

The ocean view from the room has been divine. Also the property itself is quite comfortable, clean and a couple of minutes away from the beach and places to eat. Last, but not least, the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

The room was okay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view was lovely( only positive thing), but the island has much better options. I am sure it was a nice place, but somehow Booking.com forgot to mention it, the hotel has a new ownership which changed a few things not in a positive way. I have no clue how they get a good rate. Also, it's far from a 4-star hotel, really really far. The pictures on the website are far from the reality.

Where should I start?!! 1/The place looks like they have run out of money and they are in survival mode. 2/ The stairs are not safe with a little child. 3/They clean the room, but ants are constantly attacking you from the balcony 4/ The hotel doesn't have a front door or CCTV system( I understand the Maldives are safe, but.....) 5/ The dinner area is terrible, you share your breakfast with flies. We had to go to another hotel for breakfast. ( Reef Edge) 6/The balcony is NOT PRIVATE, we wake up in the morning when a child hits our balcony door. We only ordered dinner once, but they mixed up our order. Also, the area they call "the garden" does not exist and is unsafe.. Coconuts are falling down, one just landed next to us.

The hotel staff was very kind and willing to help us with everything we needed.

The pictures posted on bioking.com have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are small, the furniture is old and broken, the rooms are cleaned only on request, the building in front of the hotel blocks the view to the ocean. I chose this hotel because of the rating on Booking.com, but it is a 6-7 hotel.

We can highly recommend this hotel. It was a great experience and our special requests (late check out) were taken into account. The staff is very friendly and the room was amazing.

Good staff

Very clean. Very class and nice choice of breakfast. Nice rooms with seaview. In the quite side of the island which is great. The island can easily be walked in a few minutes 😅 This is not located in the bikini beach but it's very easily reachable by walk in less than 10 minutes.

Very friendly staff as well very confortable instalations. Fully recommended.

Nothing to complain. My stay was fully satisfactory.
