Si! Coral Inn

The amazing uninterrupted sea views and hearing the sound of the waves from our room. Seeing the sunset from the terrace and rooftop. The delicious breakfast and amazing dinner. Martina was so helpful and friendly before and throughout our stay. She made sure that we had an amazing time by recommending us restaurants and excursions for our time on the island, and she helped to organise an amazing trip to snorkel with nurse sharks and at a coral garden. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

It is close to the beach, the people who work there are nice and polite. The big room is comfy.

It is not a hotel. More like big Guesthoise. That s all fine but its good to make distinction from 4 star hotel. The view from the lower flors is disappointing.

The room was not in a good state, mold, stains, ugly finishes, electrical wires coming out of the ceiling, zero soundproofing Water pressure was very low and sometimes water did not run at all. Fridge was not working Some of the lights in the room were not working either No room cleaning. I had to ask for it and they have done it just by making the bed and sweeping the floor; bathroom wasn’t the same, probably they simply forgot about it Breakfast was poor and very similar from day to day At least there’s the local Maldivian coconut tuna which is good. Only fruit found was watermelon but thank god they had it because I have seen in general the is a shortage of fresh fruit and vegetables in the Maldives The electricity went off a couple of times as well but I think that’s more of an island problem so it’s understandable Very bad and unreliable wifi!

The view from the room is amazing. Bed is comfortable.

Terrace is connected with other apartments. At least twice a day we didn't have water. No one cleaned room or at least took the trash for 6 days.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us with every request. We really appreciated it. They also arranged the speed boat transfer from Malè for us (25$ per person one way). The hotel has everything you need and the view is amazing.

The Service of the stuff and especially Elina the hotel manager was great.

There are a couple of things we did not like. 1. Nobody came to clean our room even though we asked. 2. No kettle/cups/coffee in the room, we asked and got the bare minimum. 3. There are much better locations on the island. 4. It’s ‘seaview’ but no beachfront. You have to walk to the beaches. 5. There is no real extra effort. 6. Balcony is shared with other rooms.

I liked almost everything! Staffs are awesome. Especially Mr. Som who know the local very well and take you to all places! Raj the chef, Sagar, new manager Elena and all did their job well. Raj can surprise you sometimes with his cooking skills! It is near to famous surfing spot, just walkable distance! Owner Nabil did formal meet and greet as well. Overall it is good experience, affordable price, decent hotel! I will prefer if I go with friends.

Water, you never know when it will be stopped as they are buying water from outside. So better inform them before taking bath! There are other hotel, restaurants giving salty ground water. There is no lock to washroom door. We were 4 friends in 2 rooms, so it was not comfortable.
